The french fries were like hollow pieces of cardboard. The tortilla chips were so stale in our chips and salsa, and even in the nachos we ordered - rubbery and stale. This hotel is very beautiful, modern and clean but the room rates are outrageous and that was so, even with a our discounted rate.
Hoopfest was also going on in Spokane so there were no rooms available in downtown Spokane. We stayed in this hotel because we were attending a concert in Spokane WA.
